I get headaches quite a lot and find '4head' good. It's herbal and you roll it on your forehead and wait for it to work - it usually does. Doesn't touch migraine headaches

Hubbys sister is round with her son so I can't even send mine to bed - she usually stays until 11pm but I'll start to give un subtle hints very soon

at 11.15 I started to clear things up - glasses in dish washer etc - they soon got the hint - I don't usually mind, but i was tired last night.
