I get headaches quite a lot and find '4head' good. It's herbal and you roll it on your forehead and wait for it to work - it usually does. Doesn't touch migraine headaches

well Sam stay in here and drink pints of the strong stuff and you could have one
(unless you're one of the lucky ones and never get headaches)

better than popping pills all the time

i should have taken neurofen, but have tried to get by without pills - it's wearing off now -must have been that quarter pounder with cheese

i think a large drink might help mine

actually mine are still up and being really good at the moment - but then I think they are slightly older than your 3 - they've been on a bouncy castle at a friends house and then I took them for a McDs so they are happy chappies now - and we got 2 nice pink coke glasses from Mcds for spending our dosh there - aren't they kind.

Hubbys sister is round with her son so I can't even send mine to bed - she usually stays until 11pm but I'll start to give un subtle hints very soon

LOL we did that last night - invited next door in for a drink (at 7.30) they turned up at 9!!!!! at 11.15 I started to clear things up - glasses in dish washer etc - they soon got the hint - I don't usually mind, but i was tired last night.

My oldest is only 8 and he's staying in bed its the youngest who keeps getting out and disturbing the others.
wouldn't care but im knackered and could do with an early night
