Well looks as if it's going to rain here too Heather, I've finally got some peace - OH has taken the boys to his mothers for tea. they have done my head in today - constantly bickering, the thing is they are getting excited about going and they have been off school since the 14th July so probably getting on each others nerves (as well as mine)

just wait - worse is to come. I've packed everything and they're bored. No dvd's etc. They've even got bored picking on each other and have started picking on me :scared:

What are you going to do with your peace and quiet ? More importantly what are you going to do for tea ?

i'm having left overs - cooked some beef last night and there is some cauliflower cheese left -all for me -as it doesn't last when the OH is around!

i have someone coming to look at the house at 5 - can you believe this earlier we had 3 ladies knock at the door sent from the agent - peed off with him actually as he shoud be coming here with them, anyway they only want to turn this place into a day nursery - can you friggin believe it!!! and they want 5 years lease..

WTF ? I've not heard of a 5 year lease and surely you can't rent a property then make the changes you'd need to to make a nursery

What happened to all the other people that have been round to look ?

I know and the thing is they want to go into direct comptetion with my ex employer!!! - she is huge in this area (well good luck to them if that's what they want to do) and my ex employer only has a nursery up the top of our road can't see it coming off.

as the rest, they don't seem that interested well they do when they are here then we hear no more. we had one lady who came on monday morning and then she returned later in the day for another look and she loved the house, its just money for her - she is supposed to cal today but so far we haven't heard anything and I would really like her to have the house - she was lovely and desperate to get out of a rough part of slough.

It must be really annoying for you, especially with it being so close to you going. Are you renting in Mandurah ?

Budge up i need to sit near the fire, the heavens have just opened and i got soaked, ive got everyones kids in my house, as they were are all in the garden.

Im too soft i should have chased them home they will have to go soon as ive put the kids tea on

yes we hope to rent for at least a year - cos if OH starts up own company we get so much rent paid for - it's raining here now
