Can i have a bucket of ice for my blistered feet.

Yeah, i was walking for the British heart foundation, but seen as i didn't recieve, the pack till Wed i didn't get chance to get a great deal of sponsorship. i managed to raise about £40

( cancer charity )
really good atmosphere got a bit choked up at the signs on peoples backs

the list was endless mums dads aunts uncles
friends
gone all misty eyed again now as i write
for nexts years events

Might do this next year.
Hubby reckons i should tackle the Great North run next year but just walk it, in stead of running.
I hope your wife and daughter did well in their run
