morning Mandy - how did you and the boys sleep ?

Badly, the boys finally slept at around 11pm, woke at 4ish then went back off
i slept not to bad with fresh bedding and a cool lavender shower, used lavender room/linen spray and even lavender body lotion. i got a couple of hours, then got woken up my neighbours arguing at 3am .(windows open). Got back off eventually but awoke at 8 and rushed round like a headless chicken getting them sorted for school.

Not too bad, although no one wanted to get up this morning ! I've been on the nhs website today to find out strategies with how to deal with the heatwave.

Been down as low as 11 in the day!

About 13 today.

You must be climatised then !! 13's quite warm for us still in the UK !

Phew! Well it was 34 degrees here yesterday and they reckon it's going to be 36 today, I have no doubt it'll reach that!

Still warmer than a Uk winter, where i live we tend to go down to 2 and up to 10.
Mind you i am in the cold NE
