When hubby when to the gulf a couple of years ago, i went from a size 20 to 14 in about a year and a half. He hardly recognised me. unfortunatly a little has crept on so i want to get back down to what i was.
hubby gave up smoking about 5 years ago. He only slipped up once and that was while he was in the gulf. (understandable really)

suprisingly as a kid my friends mum worked in a cig factory and she smoked loads.

Never had any problems with my weight before but I just cannot get back down, must be at 'that' age..

We had thought of going to NZ but it is harder to join there army, and oz seems to be happy to have my hubby . so hopefully this time next year we will know where we are going.
