hubby forgot to put the bin out today, i'm not allowed to lift, carry or push anything so little 'un had to try and put it out. then eldest threw a strop, ran round the house opening wide all the windows (she knows i can't close them and the cold wind is painful) then went to school but didn't text me to say they were there. i rang the school but it was on the answer phone so ended up walking up there (which i'm not allowed to do) to check they were ok.

have now eaten a hot cross bun, malt loaf and custard creams

Take it careful the rest of the day.....and make sure they all look after you when they get in.
