not too bad starting to feel a little stressed at moving - especially as our flights have been well and truely cocked up to say the least

to cut a long story short,

booked flights
OH flight came back as confirmed - money taken (he is going out with us, but returning 4 wks later to finish sorting out work) all of his flights ok

he phoned travel bag to find out about our baggage allowance, they said phone qantas

oh phoned qantas, no u can't have it u r not migrating u r on a temp visa (turns out they know sod all about SIR as it is a relatively new visa) OH sent them details of this, ok nice person said but u r flying BA to singapore and they won't let u have the 40kg (sh*t)

then nice person at qantas says actually your lovely wife and kids aren't even booked on flight from sing to perth and its fully booked :scared:

now we are in talks with travelbag, think flights ok now but we want to change to sing air as we feel it's their fault - they want cancellation fee

i need a very large drink
