Ive asked and got told it would muck with their plans. Suggested i wait till my youngest start school and work around him
the last time i worked in catterick i did one night a week and one 5-9 shift i asked once if they could have the boys for the weekend (2 boys then) as my hubby was on exercise (first time in ages i had asked for a favour) they did it, but made such an issue of it that i ended up picking the kids up striahgt after a night shift (1 hour drive there and back) Hubby goes mad at them.

it gets me down especially at the moment, on the outside the village people think they are doting grandparents. I havent even bothered telling my parents about my eldest and the bullying . As they always have something to say about my siblings kids. sorry for moaning but i must admit ive had a few tonight as last night i did not sleep a wink with worry.

MIL takes them for 2-3 weeks in the summer hols. they live on an island on the cliffs above the beach on an acre of land. the kids get so much fresh air and freedom. they have cousins of similar ages and just have a wild time . While i get to recharge my batteries back at home.
