Is it illegal to take viagra on holidays with you or on trips,do you need to show that you got them from your doctor,i plan on going to oz and would not want some silly thing like this giving me problems as i was not allowed to bring into country.

as long the medicines got your name on it (the prescription label) and you've got a copy of your prescription then not a problem - remember it increases your blood pressure, not recommended during flight

Then if no prescription and no label,what problems would i have as they might not be from the doctor,and how could i get round this and if not what is the worst that could happen.

They do have to be labelled as they're a presciption drug over here. The worst that can happen is they get taken away by customs. You can always see GP and get a script.

In my opinion, I would not risk taking any medicines out of the country without a prescription.

Some drugs that are legal here, are not in Asian countries. For example, you could be arrested in some countries for carrying something simple like codeine. One woman was arrested for having traces of it in her random urine test. She took it for a bad back.

Customs take a dim view on stuff like that, so if you are going to take it out of the country then I would find out the penalty should you get caught.

I agree Sam, if you get caught with Viagra at customs it could be a stiff penalty.

The penalty is stiff for a stiffy.

Customs officers are 'hard' on people that ignore the law, which in some countries, laws are quite rigid.

They come down hard on people and they say that sleeping in a prison cell can make you very stiff.
