Using UM
Recently I have noticed Mrs LL and the kids using "UM" to start saying something or several times during talking. It is starting to annoy me that they can't string a sentence together without adding the word UM. I haven't noticed this before so can only assume they have started this recently....but not just one of them....all of them. It's daein ma heed in. Agony Aunts please help....

Worse is when ppl use " you know " at the end of their sentance .. if i knew i wouldn't ask ... you know ?
