BTW, where is WW in your (our) area? I was thinking I'd like to join now we're here. I was losing weight on my own when we were still over easy, but have fallen off the wagon here.
Iluka is the nearest Dorothy on a Wednesday morning at 9.30 I think it is. I went once on my own but felt a right billy no mates so stopped. Must have been a week when Sandra wasn't there because I looked out for her.

You WILL lose it, with out a doubt, if it is something that you really want to do!

I'm still confused why you're talking about bloating.

Back on topic, WAY TO GO, Sandra!!! Don't look at the few tiny oz of weight gain, look at the whole story. 14ks is excellent. Great achievement.

Weight goes up and down all the time, but as long as it's mostly going down, it's all good.

Hang in there, maybe boost your exercise a bit or drop a few cals... and you'll be back to dropping the k's.

Totally agree, you've done great Sandra. Don't let this blip spoil all your hard work. As Ipom says, increase your exercise and I'm sure you'll be back on track.
Good luck

1 pint of water is about 600g and 300g is another half pint.

Occassionally you get blips.

Well, you might see me waddle in sometime. I'm working full time now so it won't be easy to get to a weekday meeting.
