On the 'up' again.........

Re: On the 'up' again.........
You've probably just hit a plateau. It happens to everyone who loses weight. Your body has simply adjusted to the amount of calories you are taking in and energy you are expending, so you have temporarily stopped losing weight. It usually only lasts a couple of weeks, so you should be back on the losing streak soon.
BTW, where is WW in your (our) area? I was thinking I'd like to join now we're here. I was losing weight on my own when we were still over easy, but have fallen off the wagon here.

Of course not... but I do love those studies which pop up every so often on the BBC... 'For years, people have been saying..... Now scientists have done a study which shows.... '
People experiencing something doesn't make it void because it's not been studied, either. <lightbulb smiley>
I'm still confused why you're talking about bloating.

Back on topic, WAY TO GO, Sandra!!! Don't look at the few tiny oz of weight gain, look at the whole story. 14ks is excellent. Great achievement.
Weight goes up and down all the time, but as long as it's mostly going down, it's all good.
Hang in there, maybe boost your exercise a bit or drop a few cals... and you'll be back to dropping the k's.

Well, you might see me waddle in sometime. I'm working full time now so it won't be easy to get to a weekday meeting.
