Default Uk crowding

Spoke to my brother about our imminent arrival in UK. Meeting arrangements.

He reminded me that our arrival in London coincides with that post midday explosion in traffic. I said we might even get the bus the 7 miles or so (used to be a painless short drive) from Heathrow as a taxi will crawl and charge accordingly and his car does not have baby seats. We also want to taste the London vibe if that makes sense.

He tells me that the traffic is a LOT worse now (he notices it when he comes back from overseas) and implores that I might be quite surprised after almost 5 years....)

I'm intrigued...
