Giggs, Super Injunctions, Big Brother Stars. WTF?
All proof that those slagging off the Aussie media are talking out of their behinds.

Most of my UK friends are nightowls and I'm always up early, so its nice to chat to them 'live'.

Useful in disasters yes, but for the most part a waste of time, or something to occupy the vapid and shallow- I certainly do not wish to follow what any media hungry d-list celeb or football "personality" has been up to, good, bad or mundane.
And no, I don't use facebook or have an internet connection on my mobile, (which I turn on maybe twice a month) as I'd much rather not have people calling me all the time, or trying to sell me things. I use it mostly to send a text message to my deaf friend to let her know that I'm coming to see her. (I can just about do that, but not with much punctuation.)
And am excluding all you British expats from the vapid and shallow tag before I metaphorically get my butt kicked!

Literally nobody knew or cared about him (you'd have to be a fan to know the name). Yet a small time journo lets slip some cryptic twitter comments, his tame lawyers threaten to sue the journo, and within 3 hours EVERYONE knows the name.
I'm convinced they must be doing it to get known, you'd have to be amazingly dumb to try it on today.

These tweets are downright dangerous. My reputation has been sullied across the whole Twitter system by these persistent rumours about me and Pippa Middleton. Let me take this opportunity to say that nothing happened. At all. Ever.

You have to maintain SOME credibility if people are to credit you with rumour.
I suggest you should scale it back a bit - maybe you and a sheep wouldn't strain credibility?

You notice how the rumour about Clarkson and Jemima Khan had everyone going "yeah, in his dreams, not a chance he'd get that lucky"?

You make one drunken mistake about a girl in a winter coat and the next thing you are all over twitter as "Slapphead the Sydney Sheep Shagger".
Baaaaa.
