yes,i cant believe it did'nt kill me,,its going to cost the scaffolder who dropped it a few quid,it did not bother him one bit..it was an accident but he knows full well he should not of been working above me..i have a bad back now and i am going to see a solicitor...
i reckon i am going to have a bad back for at least the next 8 weeks until i leave for oz..

any thoughts?i would be grateful of your comments...

hey clips i am fine honest,,it was all a bit dramatic,they took me off to the hozzie in an ambulance and the kid that dropped it didn't even ask if i was o.k.

i happen to be fine apart from a bit of whiplash,

but i am seriously considering retiring until i go to oz,,any one know anything about the law now..??

i think i am quite lucky to be honest,,at the moment i seem to be quite blessed..

its not every day you escape death,i was bending over laying bricks and i did not know it was coming until it hit me.it hit me right at the base of my skull,just above my neck, knocking my hat off..
how it never killed me i dont know..but

what a bloody stoke of luck,i would of thought that i am in for a rake of compensation?looks like a boat might be on the cards..with nice leather seats...

any thoughts?

i think you should be entitled to get two then you could have blue flashes on one and red on the other and that would take away some of the stress you are experiencing at the mo' about the choice -
