a man was working away and a 13 foot scaffold board was dropped from 30 foot directly on his head..the mans life flashed before his eyes but he lived to tell the tale..

yes,i cant believe it did'nt kill me,,its going to cost the scaffolder who dropped it a few quid,it did not bother him one bit..it was an accident but he knows full well he should not of been working above me..i have a bad back now and i am going to see a solicitor...
i reckon i am going to have a bad back for at least the next 8 weeks until i leave for oz..
any thoughts?i would be grateful of your comments...

I think you will def need some time off to get over the shock and trauma and also for your back to heal

its not every day you escape death,i was bending over laying bricks and i did not know it was coming until it hit me.it hit me right at the base of my skull,just above my neck, knocking my hat off..
how it never killed me i dont know..but
what a bloody stoke of luck,i would of thought that i am in for a rake of compensation?looks like a boat might be on the cards..with nice leather seats...
any thoughts?
