I'm away to drown myself in a roasting hot bath, wish me luck! (And if I'm not back in the next 24 hours, send Greenpeace in!)

I had a trapped nerve in my back for about 8months,an MRI showed that it was caught on a jaggy bit of my spine(technical eh)It eventually released itself just prior to going into surgery

mine started with me pullin my back, went to chiro in agony, hardly able to move, silent tears streaming down my face.Chiro improved back pain then it went to my leg, chiro sent me to dr as they r unable to request a scan and this showed severe trapped nerve, appointment made for specialist(privately)who did MRI then recommended operation. All this took time to come through, maybe get the ball rolling after a week. Most peoples nerve releases itself though mine just took time.
good luck

Jen anytime i have done something similar i just put up with it and let it pass, i do things like that all the time and have found pain killers don't really help, but just to be on the safe side contact the doc like you said.

Hope you are all right.
