OMG whatever I've just done I've made it ten times worse! I'm lying here in absolute agony crying my lamps out, will contact doc 2moro as from sat I'm doing the overnight ferry to England, several hours in a car then a train to London and I need pain relief! I have never had back pain in my life, this is unreal!
