Default Touche Eclat

Hi Ladies (and maybe Gents)

Thinking of investing in a touche eclat concealer...have bigger bags under my eyes since we decided to try for a move to Oz! Must be the stress of all those complicated blo*dy forms

Does anyone use this product? What did you think? Is it worth the money etc etc?

Thanks KP

Most of us just resort to drinking. I suggest you do the same.

I've got it and havent found it that useful to be honest! you can do the same job by using a bit of Rimmel "Hide the Blemish", rub that in under your eyes!!
Rimmel = £1.99
Touche Eclat = £21.00 !!

No no no no nooo

Hide the Blemish does exactly that. It's a thick concealer for covering spots and blemishes. I wouldn't dream of putting that on the delicate eye area!

Touche eclat is a light reflector and is designed for the eye area.
Personally I love it but I use the Boots No.7 equivalent which is about £10 cheaper
It's great for covering the after effects of Cleopatra's suggestion

The Body shop do one that is similar for about 8 or 9 pounds. I've used both and can honestly say that there isn't any difference.

If you have dark circles I think it's due to lack of vitamin K, so eat lots of green leafy stuff and you should improve.

Have used it and have also used a lot of the take off products by Body Shop, L'Oreal etc. YSL marginally better. I always buy it either duty free or from Strawberry net - www.strawberrynet.com as it's usually quite a bit cheaper and free delivery.

As Tiddly says, there's usually a dietary or medical reason for black circles under eyes. If you've been sleeping ok, and not partying too hard, think about if you've changed your diet recently - too busy with migration forms (and BE!) to cook properly, perhaps.

I have food intolerances and my doc could always tell I'd been a bad girl by the state of my eyes. Covering up the circles is only a short-term fix.
