The Tony ferguson Diet - Anyone else
HI,
Anyone else on this ? I hae been on it as a post baby lose of weight. I and my friends who have had babies find it great in 7 weeks I have lost 12cms on my waist and 7.5kg. With being naughy too.
My friends has lost 20kg after her baby and is thinner than before she had him.

Hi all,
After spending hours trying various sites including webjet, expedia etc I am at a loss as to any good websites for flights back to the UK.
So far I am getting quotes of around $2500 each from BrisVegas to Glasgow.
It pains me when family in the UK pay 750 pounds so much I tried to book tickets over there from here to no avail.
Are you aware of any good sites or used someone who has given you a great deal. If you would share there details I would be greatly in your debt, rather than Qantas's

I tried it and lost a wee bit of weight then gave up. The shakes are delish and come in a large variety of flavours, Would recommend if you can stick to the two shakes a day and then dinner at night.
