Tonight.....
 
my 16 year old lad said he feels really settled here :) phew what a relief! he'd left school in the UK, so to not only have to return to school, but to go BACK into year 10, to enable him to get a full 2 years for a good OP score, am so happy to hear him say that :D am a bit like a cheshire cat tonight :rofl:

:thumbsup: have felt settled from day one :D I know some people say 'it's early days yet', 7 weeks in, but feel I've been here ages :D it does help to know friends here too.

you have no idea! NOTHING has gone right for us in over 6 years. I mean NOTHING!(apart from 2 health kids) Not looking for the dream or a better life in OZ just A life will do.

not Sheffield just they way things turn out for us.

well we have paid first installment, just waiting for our accountant fore our bookwork then can send our vet assess off, no rush this week though with the bloody post:frown: we still not sure were we want to live i do like Cairns but its only on what we have read and seen but all Oz looks nice, Ryans work and schools come 1st though, any ideas

Us like you are doing it blind, it is so hard to find a place from home, we have decided on getting a hotel for the first 3 week or so well till we find a rental in a area we like, we are gunner have to look good though as we are gunner buy after 6 months and don't want to be pulling our littluns out of school. it does get me down at times how about you

not really love, but i think thats because we are looking forward to it too much, and we tend to take things as they come, deal with them as they arise! We never plan anything becasue something always puts a spanner in the works for us.:curse:

I am sooo pleased for you, kids can be a bit of a wory, especially at this age. I worried about my 16 year old, but I think it has been the best thing we could have done for him.
