I don't actually eat Cadburys these days :lol: I was eating a packet of Thorntons Alpinis when I came across this shop in the factory village - more for old times' sake than taste, I must confess.

Enjoyed my M&S pork pie last night. Might have fish, chips and mushy peas on the seafront tonight. :D

(Might have them at home instead, it's bloomin' freezing in Teesside.)

Got some of these in Target, heavily reduced. They are made in Poland, ie the British recipe.

You do know they are or have closed production in the uk, and it's now going to be made in Poland,cadburys that is,some how just not the same:eek:

Our local British shop sells Thorntons :p & when it's getting near it's sell by date the fudge & cappuccino bars are $5 for 5 bars :thumbsup:

Hubby's Nan sent over some Cadburys chocolate for me & even though it had completely melted by the time it arrived & had to be reset in the fridge it still tasted soooo nice! Hubby didn't believe me on the difference in taste :confused: so did a blind taste test on it. He believes me now :lol:
