That's the real estate agent signed up

Within half an hour the photographer was here to take the photographs, and a few minutes later the For Sale sign went up. They don't muck about, do they?
The three years of planning, which changed to 'this year', has now become 'soon'. Eeeek!

Best of luck.
Hopefully you will have a stress free sale.

Ta Kim, Paul, Beoz and Irish
First inspection in a few hours, how silly to feel so nervous about it. No doubt I'll be far more sanguine after the 100th
Beoz, you're very perceptive. I'm not entirely sure what sort of moment it was (is), but it's definitely some sort of moment. Rolling with the punches is very good advice

That first inspection this morning? The couple want to come back tomorrow for a second viewing, and bring their family.

Heading for the Home of Scouse, Tony
So husband's going home, and I'm emigrating.
Thanks for your good wishes everyone. The agent said the second viewing 'went well' (must be agent-speak) and the couple have gone away to have a think. He's bringing someone else through tomorrow - the ad hasn't even gone up on the 'net yet.
Still, it's early days and we're not counting any chickens. Our poor dog will be glad when it's sold, we've upped our usual cleaning routine from vacuum and mop every day, to adding a wash, vacuum and polish of the dog every day

The couple who came for a second viewing bought the other house on their short-list, because it had a pool. Wish I'd known that's what they wanted, I'd have bought a plastic paddle pool and stuck it out the back
Been a big day - we finally exchanged on the UK house so that's one worry gone.
I've written Scouse's 'sponsor letter' for my visa application, because he reckons I write better than he does (I think he just wanted to pass the buck, but he's signed it so that's ok). I've made myself sound so wonderful that I've fallen in love with myself
