Money talks and I reckon the timing couldn't be better for Wenger ...
His team is on the decline, he hasn't replaced Viera, Walcott is a BIG gamble - Rooney he is not.
Ignore the new stadium, bells and all.
If Henry goes to Barca ... say goodbye to Arsene. He'd jump at the chance to manage England.
It's the biggest job in world football after Real Madrid.

But, what's even worse, are the fans and the (tabloid) press. What a bunch of turncoats - ride on the success, until they play poorly and instead of support, or maybe some constructive criticism, they want to see people sacked - hardly beneficial for the long term is it? Understandably, people are cheesed that Sven has had some ramshackle 'menageries' outside of his position, but really, are the majority of players in the premiership any better? I think not. Is he one of the most successful managers England has had for a while? Lost 8 games out of 51, 2.06 ppg - not bad eh? (in fact better than our last 'long term' manager).
The next headlines will be 'Struggle to find new England Manager'. Not really surprising is it, who would really want that job.
Sit Back and watch the flames!!!!

oakie - is your surname Grip? or are you an ex-pro championed and chumped by the beautiful game?
i wouldnt say that what you wrote here is absolute Boll**ks cos you're right in one way that the pro's i've known dont know what to do with their time/money, quote: 'if it moves i'll ***** it, if it doesnt move i'll ***** it till it does', and there is no way anyone on this world deserves 15k or 30k or whatever it is to play football - especially when the turncoat fans might not earn that in a week! i dont pay to get into games and will only go if given a ticket cos these guys train 4 maybe 5 days a week for about 3-4 hours a day, and some still cant pass the ball 10 yards on matchday.
however if you think they only play for money and dont want to win you need to watch or even better join in a 'training' session, or watch a reserves or first team game from pitch side and you'll see most of these guys moving faster and harder than you ever dreamt of...even peter crouch.
