That green Aloe Vera stuff by Banana Boat calms sunburn down for me. Its also good if you burn yourself on the oven...

I had always refused to buy "aftersun"... Eory being ...dont bloody get burned in the first place... However mumbles wentnout with friends who didnt screen him a while ago... So we smothered him in ambre solaire... It was only the next day when he turned orange that we discovered it was an aftersun with some fake tan in it...... Orange and streaky was not a good look

We've got a bottle of Hello Vera in the fridge. It's an awesome preventative measure to getting burnt. No one likes the freezing spray on hot skin.

It's always seemed weird to me that you can't easily buy 'after sun' in Australia, ala Boots style availabe in England. What's all that about then ?

Always found starch to be good for taking the heat out of sunburn. Not the instant stuff, the kind you have to boil up. Still have half a box in the cupboard. Just dust over the area with cotton wool. Need I say you use it straight from the box NOT after you've added water! lol!

I actually have some aftersun by Boots which I bought here. BUT I can't remember where I got it. Doubt I'd be able to get it again either but it is / has been out there.

I think it was somewhere unlikely like Coles or Bi-Lo.

I burn very quickly, and I mean very quickly. I have very low tolerance for sunlight, but I put on F30 and a long sleeve shirt and a hat and I'm all right for ages so you must have an unbelievably low tolerance of UV if you burn through F30 and a shirt.

Not sure I want to move interstate..... I take it Sweden is interstate.... Haven't come across a Sweden in Western Australia yet... Though tbh I dont get out much
