Streets Beach is back !!

The clear blue skies were back in Brisbane today though still a bit fresher than normal. Had dinner at South Bank this evening after seeing the Surrealism exhibit at GOMA and was very happy to see that the water is back at Streets Beach. Seemed naked without it. Everyone seemed to be out today with West End markets jam packed this morning, boundary street buzzing and South Bank busy. Good times.

we went up the river recently and were surprised to see how badly damaged the whole of the river view is from the river cat. We had to get off at Riverside as opposed to the bottom of Queen st and fares had also gone up substantially probably to pay for the damage caused by the floods. The river cat was almost empty so I hope that things will improve now Southbank is back open

I figure you would know if this is true?
I hope not, but I suppose the creeps are everywhere.
