Default Strawberry Cheesecake

Can be cut thinly whilst frozen and eaten like that for those who are too impatient to wait for it to defrost

Not for me....lactose intolerant and gluten intolerant.
I remember the packet ones from the 70's though, so not terribly tempted anyway.

I love frozen cheesecake and as a rule will only eat it from the freezer - where it is never a solid block anyhow.

Coles were doing a plain one for about 2 dollars last week. I had a BE moment and thought of you all.

I like the idea of eating frozen cheesecake.

Nice and firm and frosty would make it much easier to pick up whole and take bites out of.

No?
