Stand by for riots.......or... let them eat cake
Dearly beloved as just returned from another shopping expedition..with news of a price increase...yes folks BREAD is going up in Cremorne by 15-30%. This stated to be due to ....the drought!
I will remind all readers who may cock a snoot at this...that John Howard should be well warned about what happened to the clockmaker king, Louis 16 of France and his lovely Austrian wife Marie Antionette.
Meanwhile takethis news with a pinch of sale...on the chips and dont lose yer head.

Ma'am seems the local populace are unable to procure any bread due to the shortage of flour and many other factors, which the spokes-person holding a somewhat large and sharp axe, has documented in this extremely long petition. ( offers her half a ton of dried human skin with writing on it)
Mse Antionette replied, "Does that mean they have lost their Tea ( )
It does ma'am , came the reply, you see..the peasants make butties from everything , chip butties, egg butties and much more.
So, said Antionette, grasping the situation, if those poor peasants cannot enjoy their main course, like wot we all does, then perhaps one should take that tray over there, left over from last nights knee's up, and tell the buggers they can eat [the soddin] cake.
And as we all know she later became quite hysterical and completely lost her head.
