Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!
ps just realised i cant even spell sponsor when im meant to be one:D
pps I presume in the absence of 2 years proof pf earnings they would want an indication that the sponsor 'could' & would be willing to work to support the applicant if needs be. I think if I hadn't been working I would have enclosed a CV showing my skills and past job history plus a copy of OH's CV. |

Hi mapleleaf
I am the Aus and I am currently a full time student and only work part time (5 hours a week) as I look after the kids as well. So it is my husband who really supports the family. We will include in our application that we will be using proceeds from our house sale to support us(not that much) We will be sending off for my husbands spouse visa in January 2008 at the latest so I will post on here what happens if that will be of some help to you. Re: Spouse Visa Circle - join here!
where have i been looking....i have only just seen this thread!
Hello guys and Rachael - i used to work at The Academy Health Club and Spa in the year 2001. Mel, my baby was born with a major heart defect(TGA), she had lots of problems, fits like your little one. She will be 23 years old in September and had her own perfect little baby son in May this year! :) I (Angela) am on a spouse visa, Si lived in Sydney with his family when he was very young and then again when he was in his 20's. We moved to the Bayside area of Brisbane in June 2006 and are moving to Buderim on the Sunshine Coast in September. Our process seemed straight forward, we got lots of evidence together including photos, holiday tickets and anything that proved we were a genuine couple. From making the decision to flying here took a year but that was only because Simon had some contract work to finish, we could have been here three months earlier. Keep on in there and see you all here soon! :) Angie xx |

Sloane lovely to meet you!.......i am thinking we may do something similair. It has always been thought that we would move to Australia...why it has seemed so difficult i realy dont' know. It is all so confusing for some reason! And we have just purchased a newer property here in Canada and in a years time we may be able to draw something out that in the way of a sale...fingers X'd the area we are in will boom:thumbup: I am now a permanent resident in Canada. we did the whole application ourselves..with no problem whatsoever. The Canadian immigration process was so straight foreward. And less restrictive, there is no talk of income limits etc. or assurer of supports etc. Maybe we got spoilt with the canadian process. please do keep in touch.. |
