I'm a bit confused. A heart starting is one thing, but the brain stem dies after death... the brain is starved of oxygen... It can't function.
If the parasite takes over the involuntary muscle (heart), i can't see how it can make the body move the voluntary muscles.... I mean, surely that's impossible after death?
Someone explain!

Oh, one other thing, cerebral malaria or falciparum malaria can be fatal and is an acute disease that can kill in two days after symptoms (3 to 4 weeks after infection) but there is no protozoal parasite that has 100% mortality in humans.. this would have been bigger news than bird flu if it was even slightly true!! By the way, Vietnam is a great place to visit for a holiday, don't let the zombies put you off
