Has anyone while driving, experienced the old Huntsman hiding in the sun visor and when pulled down the Huntsman falls into the lap trick?

I had similar....it was on the windscreen, then I had to work out if it was outside or inside...without touching it of course!

Then I realised it was inside after it moved....I then drove for about 2 minutes without looking at the road, traffic lights or other cars until I could stop and panic properly.

And they say drink driving is dangerous.

It's surprising how often it happens. I've had huntsmen drop into my lap a number of times and run across the windscreen even more. Luckily they don't bother me but could you imagine if someone was really arachnaphobic?

Must be an Illawara thing, I had one fall onto my arm when I pulled the sun visor down. I was going slow enough just to stop and jump out, I very nearly soiled myself. I know the OP isn't big on killing spiders, but I'm sorry, that one had to go

I have a few spider pics.

This is a lovely wolf spider. A girl. She's so pretty.

And this is a brown trapdoor spider. I don't think she's pretty.

And this is a pretty huntsman...

And this is a not so pretty funnel web:

This one is probably an orb weaver type thing:
