Sparky to give a quote - more chance of me shedding 25 kilos overnight
I have just spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to arrange an electrician to come out next week to the new place and give me a quote for several jobs that may/will need doing....
I got one guy!
What is it with these guys? Are they in such a position they can afford to 'not bother'?

Ah, so not in Canberra then, I could have given you a local chap. We have had trouble with architects, plumbers and sparkies of late - they must be really raking it in! Good luck.

No - hubby and daughter move on Monday/Tuesday. I am homeless for ten days (staying with friends) until 6th August.
