I'm up for Bribie as despite our past escapades still like the beach there and Wendy and Steve have a 4 x 4 but there would be no toilet for Deb
. We can always go solo on that one if no takers but we're a Yes for that.
Depends if the Southerners can think of a good spot down that way that ordinary cars can make as well.

Last time we went to Bribie on the 4x4 trip we jumped in with Debreeve (Kev&Deb)and a young couple we havent seen on here for a while and GarthyMaha (Delcia)....that was a fun trip! We'll see what other people suggest re venues then have a vote....I dont know where to pick.

Not saying it has to be a beach one as we are probably doing beach end of Nov or first week of Dec. So open to suggestions on this one for non 4 wheel drive would be a shame for you not to go when you've got your tent money sorted.
However, hubby now says he is working late the Friday the 17th of Oct and can't get Monday off and on the 31st of Oct I'm def busy to 5 ish so couldn't get Friday off. For anyone interested I think we are planning a 4 day jaunt to Morten if possible on the 29th, 30th and 1st & 2nd Dec or the 6th, 7th & 8th & 9th of Dec. This misses the school hols so shouldn't be packed on the island. Couple of us probably going if it goes to plan and we can get the days off but others quite welcome to tag along. Decided it's not worth doing less than the four days on Morten due to price of crossing.

We plonked for the 29th, 30th and 1st & 2nd Dec in the end but not sure if we are doing Morten or dry land now due to some other things going on.
But we still have the time off so may even just do the Somerset Dam thing again if it came to it as that was a good site.
