Soooo Cold! FREEZING THREAD!

Ok, anyone else freezing their nuts off? I'm sooo cold, I'd forgotten just how cold the winters get here. I'm sure it's got to be below zero out there ;) I'm all rugged up in jeans and a hoody, quite possibly need gloves and a scarf (pref gloves with the string on so i don't lose them)! So so cold! Again, I'm cold, anyone else cold? Anyone else got heaters or extra blankets? Shivering now. I can feel the flu coming on :p

I've got a lovely wood burner in my kitchen/dining room. I'm as warm as toast :D

Hoovering!, my least favourite thing next to Ironing.

Last winter I spent the whole time wrapped up in a BIG fluffy blanket :D (well except when I went out that is ;) )

Last winter (in Aus) I invested in some of those lovely fleecy blankets! They're not working this time. Mind you even in the summer at 41 degrees I sleep with a duvet on. I'm little and feel the cold! Can I borrow your wood burner?

I feel the cold quite bad too because of my crappy thyroid problem :frown: so no, you can't have my wood burner, but I'll lend you my blanket if you like :D

Was 21 yesterday, felt vaguely nippy. Back up to 24 today, which is nice. My big problem is that the sea temperature is falling rapidly - currently about 20 degrees... :(

It feels very cold at the moment in Perth. Especially in the morning and at night. Through the day it is only 20-23 now, but i guess that is not too bad for winter.
The only thing i don't like is the wind. It gets sooooooooo windy here that when i'm in bed i think the roof is gonna blow off my house. It keeps me up all night worrying as the wind is lethal!!!!

I love being under my duvet listening to the wind, although a chair blew over last night and frightened the crap outta me.

Okay - a very nice 27 here today - just back from the beach, where a nice swell and a bit of wind are blowing decent waves in. Warmer still promised for tommorow.... still not going in me bloody pool though. :D

What amazes me though, is that if it was 27c in the UK, it would be bloody hot!!!.............here, it is just "nice".

This climatising business is for real!!
