A system for collecting rain water designed to cut consumption from the mains is being at dozens of new homes... Underground tanks will catch and store rain ... The 2,400-litre tanks should cut mains water use by around 40% compared to equivalent developments.
Bit mad when this sort of thing becomes necessary in the UK
