Dont take it to heart .. its not worth it.I've had off coments and threads ignored but there are plenty of other people on here who are nice people ( like me !! ) who will try and help answer any questions you have ( not me ... dont know enough ... yet!! )

I emailed the makers of Persil and they replied that the equivalent in Australia is Omo, apparantly it's the same formular. Cuddly Sensative is really good I think better than Comfort.

While everyone is entitled to an opinion, there is no call to be rude and hostile because a question was asked. If you don't wish to participate in a helpful manner, then it is better to not respond and more on. After all, that's what these forums are for; the asking of questions about the lifestyles, customs, products and various other differences between the known and the unknown.

We use Quilton and I've never noticed it's thin, no different to whatever we used to buy in the UK (cant remember what we bought but probably supermarket's own!)

For washing I like Omo and I use Fluffy or Cuddly fabric cond, clothes always come out smelling so clean

I use OMO sensitive and I find its great, the whites come out really white just like persil did! The do it both in powder or liquid form and also for front loaders and top loader washing machines.
