SmartDNS and Kayo not working

SmartDNS and Kayo not working
I got on to SmartDNS thanks to this forum. Generally, it works great 
Kayo has got worse and worse though. It is definitely a DNS issue, and I'm struggling to get SmartDNS to address it. It is pretty clear cut. I change my DNS to my ISP (Aussie Broadband) and Kayo is perfect. Use SmartDNS and the video quality is crap, can't get above 270p.
In fact, it is worse than crap now. Kayo just says 'Access denied'. It just seems like Kayo has switched on to what SmartDNS is doing.
SmartDNS VPN isn't working for me either. Won't connect anywhere.
Anyone else with SmartDNS issue? Can we crowd them into action?!!

For anyone who may be interested or impacted - SmartDNS have finally admitted to me that Kayo have cottoned on to their technique and have blocked their servers, so to watch Kayo you have to switch back to your ISP or other non-SmartDNS non-VPN DNS servers.
