I've got 2 that are not normal then

Mine don't sleep much and weigh nothing. 6 year old weighs just over 3 stone and 13 year old just under 5 stone.

Typical that we are different

It'd never be that simple of course - bound to be other factors, but it does make sense in some ways. If only because when they're not sleeping they're perhaps going to be eating!!!

My 8yo is about 4 stone, but is very tall and slim. And she doesn't seem to get more than about nine or ten hours a night.

but what is a "stone" ? Is it pounds or kilo's
