He just needs a box so he can be a trapdoor spidercat.

I thought I had a video of him being a trapdoor spidercat on youtube (and failing miserably) but obviously not.

I do have one of Bob and Leia 'sharing' a meal.

I shall start to prepare his quarters.

Picture of my cat (an Aussie cat) and dog having supper. Although the pug eats very quickly so they were only like this for two seconds before he tries to shove cat out of the way and eat his food too.

Rhodesian Ridgeback? Absolutely gorgeous.

Yes, he's a Ridgie. I had one many years ago in South Africa and have been promising my sons that I would get us one for years but what with our emigration plans and then renting here for the first 5 years, it wasn't sensible to have one. But now we are the proud owners of a nice house with a large garden....

You are quite right, my Aussie cat runs up to the dog rolls over and offers his bottom for inspection every time he sees him. The English cat is having none of that, this is as close as they have ever come.

I could not believe that was an actual breed when I first heard it, I thought it was one of the dragons in Harry Potter.

They are - just don't leave food unattended.........

Cooper, the golden one had half a butterflied leg off lamb off the worktop a few weeks ago. Not impressed :sneaky:

Of course I'm biased but they are one of the best dog breeds ever

My pug is completely obsessed with food and very, very greedy, but at least he can't reach a worktop.

They are beautiful.

Ours used to like to eat the internal walls after body checking each other through them.

TheOriginalMrDreamy's cousin always had Ridgebacks - they are really majestic dogs.

He's got something else now as well, have to check what it is. Aha - a Boerboel.

They are beautiful too.

They're another fine large dog breed. They were originally bred to guard homesteads in Southern Africa.

We got this vicious Pitbull X from a local farmer 7 years ago. He's grown into the softest guard dog in the world. His dad was a pitbull his mom a working cattle dog.
He sleeps on the bed [usually at Deb's feet] lately he's taken to sleeping on my bloody pillow as he thinks he's a small child. Spoilt rotten and much loved.

That last photo is typical of an aggressive dog. Perfectly poised to squirt noxious fumes at their owner.
