Wendy is great ...but I think moderators should be people who have been on the forum for some time (as oppose to posted a lot in a short time), have come across some of the difficulties some posters have posed...and in the case of a country specific forum....be living there.

Well just now my emotions are up and down with all this house selling stuff, so some days I feel a bit teary, it only takes a silly comment, no matter how tongue in cheek to just tip me a bit too far and upset me.
