Hope someone knows the answer to this.
If i order an item from an Australian company online and they make a mistake and send me 2 items instead of 1, could they demand i return the extra item in the future?

why dont you just answer this :

If the company sent you 1 item but your credit card bill showed they took money for 2 items, would you think it fair for them to keep the extra money from you ?

No, but i dont think they would offer the money back if i never noticed and never called to complain about it either
