Hi, we used airpets for the dog, really good, very helpful. A chap (a vet) called bob looked after us. it's run by vets and bob worked in Oz for a while so he is a fountain of knowledge.

We used britannia leatherbarrows for the furniture again, faultless. we told them when we wanted the furniture in Oz. (That was important to us because we had purchased a house in oz and needed the furniture, when we arrived). it arrived at our house on the day it was supposed to. which considering the process is preety amazing.

The other really impressive service we had was ozforex, thought i'd mention this because if you register they send you a book about emigrating to Oz and it's really helpful.

Hope this helps

Airpets are the best - highly recommend them

Burke Bros for furniture however were not so good, once they had our cash they were not bothered with us, crap communication, and massive delay in the shipment, because they fell out with the company who owned the ship and it got left behind..... Then they lied about what boat it was on. Avoid them!!!!
