I know i am not the only one in the following situation;

can't sell house
if did, now could not break even
no option but not to sell

OR IS THERE?????????/

It is only an idea, and I have only just started to look into it so please do not shoot be down in flames if it is silly! Has any one thought about selling half house then renting the other half. I keep hearing so much about it on the news and now on investment and estate agents websites. If any one has any views or info on this it would be great to hear from you.
