I must say I like Grayling's cynicism. Then again I'll drop 'em for anyone who karma's me.

1) for the most part people can spell - although 'definite' still catches a few out. It's a bloody 'i' not an 'a'
2) overt racism is not cricket
3) there are some other people on here whose education did not stop with a brick-laying YTS
4) no one thinks Oz suburbs are great 'like Florida'
5) you can have a therapeutic whinge without being attacked by Oz lovers in Tassy
6) sausages are not thought to be a brilliant and never-ending source of humour
7) there are a couple of blokes on here who will send you rude pics if you ask

but I find it difficult to get my teeth into this forum.
Everyone seems to know each other, there's lots of in jokes.
There is another expat forum which I'm more addicted to, but getting increasingly frustrated with to the point of wanting to jack in cos it's so bad for me, so can anyone help me make the switch wholesale to this one?
Are you lot willing to take me on? I'm quite high maintenance
but I find it difficult to get my teeth into this forum.

It'll be Thursday night in the UAE soon and the crazy ladies of Expatwoman will be filling their wine glasses and logging on. You should give it a read if you're bored, it's pretty funny, it'll all be gone tomorrow morning when they sober up though so you have to be quick.
