G'day folks. just thought would chew the fat with you guys. I am keen to move to Oz and as hubby is Aussie, hoping it shd be fairly easy. Should we sell our gaff here? We like the idea of coming back if we don't like it over there but way prices are going, thinking get rid of the place now. I have to explain that i own 2 houses. 1 in Brighton which i let out and 1 in Scotland where we live. It's the Brighton one we are thinking of off loading right now and then the Scottish one after cos prices are holding up here at the mo (apparently!). If we were to keep one, I think the Brighton one would be best as easier to rent out and worth more but have already lost 10k on it since last year, if had sold then. decisions, decisions. then it would be such a pain worrying about property here when you are in Australia. what do folks think?
