Such a small world eh !! I am from Glasgow too. I lived in Govanhill until I was fourteen, then Gorbals, then Croftfoot, then ended up settling in Rutherglen.
Emigrated with my Aussie bloke (Jim) to Canberra. We arrived 19th August 2005 and I love it here.

I lived in The Village / East Mains. Drank in The Monty, (amongst others).
Couple of my best mates are living in Perth now as well. Both from Calderwood.

HI we are from Stewarton which is about 20mins from Glasgow. We have not long arrived in Perth. Loving it so far. Good luck with where you decide to go.

We are from Calderwood, my wife was from newlandsmuir. I have always stayed in Calderwood.
