What specifically is it that makes English stand out? You know if New York was to hold an English day similar to its Scotland and Irish day, what would they show, what would be theme of England day?

Bowler Hats, BBC, Winston Churchill, pretty much most things associated with Great Britain are commonly referred to as English or England by foreigners (either correctly or mistakenly), sense of humour, comedy, invention of most modern day sports, rich history, royal family
