Absolutely agree. What goes into a sausage is disgusting (most of the time). However, I always think the smell of bacon is better than the taste

I used to work in theatres and the smell of flesh being cauterized put me off bacon

I really do not like sausages of any description - even those 90%+ meat ones - I think it's the casing I don't like, as have made my own and they weren't too bad (no foreskin on them )

Our household is a regular cafe:

Me - bacon, white bread (no butter) red sauce
Him - bacon, sausage & fried egg, toasted white bread (buttered), red sauce
Kid 1 - bacon, white bread (buttered), HP
Kid 2 - sausage, toasted white bread (no butter), barbeque sauce
