would you bother with having a rust inhibitor applied to a new car in coastal regions of Qld either electronic corrosion inhibitor or a corrosion coat applied.
Is it worth the wonga ?

How much? How long are you intending keeping the car? Husband has just welded a new floor on his ute, it's 20 years old and spent the first 10 years in FNQ.

No I wouldn't bother.

Paint protecter? Will that stop trolley and car door dents in the side of your brand new car gained from parking in shopping mall carparks?
I'd invest in a max n paddy style alarm instead "get back ya bastards or I'll break your legs"

Paint protector is good for stopping bird/bat droppings from eating through your car, and protecting it from fading. you do have to renew it every 3 years though.
