Now my theory is that being 'romantic' is just knowing what your partner likes and providing/doing that thing. It's that simple.
Am I right or is it more than that? (or less)

I would say it's showing some one how much you love/care about them rather than trying to score points by knowing what they like, if you know what they like and do whatever that is, then to me it's not really from the heart.

However, I was dismayed to find out that I was killing the planet with what is known as a "Carbon Cock Print".

I also do the washing up.

No, it just freezes and I have to uninstall, then reinstall, the dongle software before it'll reconnect. The noise I make isn't a romantic pinging either, its getting progressively less romantic every time it happens
Next time it happens I'm off to bed - no romance there either

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

My hubby for example, when I run off for a bubble bath after a hard day with the babies, he'll come into the bathroom with a glass of wine and a book and tell me to take my time whilst he does dinner.

I can mention something I like in conversation, like the other I moaned about missing UK chocolate and one day he came home from work with some UK choccy for me.
He sends me nice text messages, not every day but it's always nice to get a little message saying I love you...

I think romance can only come from knowing someone very well. A dozen red roses and a bottle of champagne is cliche and manufactured. My OH knows I'd prefer lilies
.
