The season here in Sydney has a delayed start but will kick off in late Oct early Nov. That trend on vaccination may spread to cricket in Queensland.

This explains where we are in Qld with regards to mandatory vaccinations https://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/pol...22-p58tvu.html and of course we also have a strict mask mandate in CGC, BCC & MBRC local government areas.

Re: The road to freedom
Actually we're aiming way higher than that and we don't do things by halves up here. We look at NSW and Victoria in horror at what's going on down there in the testing zones. They say that the best way to learn is from other people's mistakes, and for that we'll be forever grateful for the sacrifices of others.

You don't do thing by halves? So you are looking to double Victoria's lockdown days? That's over 500 days worth. Come 5pm Monday, after the NRL GF, that could be the start. The Granny and The Palette are arguing about the start date as we speak.
OMG this is comedy gold!!! |

The comedy was out of Queensland today. Plan B in Townsville floored by a single Covid case. Back to Plan A. 75% today, whats tomorrow going to bring. The Argentinians stuck in Byron Bay, couldn't wait to get the hell out of Queensland, and the Wallabies sharing breakfast at the same hotel at Townsville's Covid man. You couldn't make this shit up. Only in Queensland. Now thats gold.

Phase 3. 80% before borders open. Please. And McGowen says he will.still lockdown anyway. And do we really need to rely on the advice from that mob out of Melbourne? Singapore reaches 80 pc double-vaccination rate but life is not returning to normalThe island state reluctantly delayed reopening measures and re-imposed some restrictions last week after seeing its highest daily COVID-19 infections in more than a year. "One main lesson from across South-East Asia is that it is incredibly hard to prevent Delta's spread and, as Singapore shows, even high vaccination rates will not help that much," |

I pity the poor bu@@gers in the testing zones, 80% is far too low as is evidenced in countries like Singapore

Can't be easy living under Gladys either, she has zero personal integrity and lets Scomo walk all over her. I wonder what the Feds have on her that makes her so easy to control? Surely it can't be the Daryl inquiry. Can it? tis a mystery to be sure.

International travel in less that 2 months from Australia's gateway with home quarrentine. Onwards and upwards here. How are the laggards doing up there? Oh and thats another setback to the Queensland tourism industry. Self imposed setback created by the Qld govt |
Re: The road to freedom
Premier of NSW's job is going spare, maybe you should apply? No one could possibly do a worse job than Gladys did
