Re: RIP Lance Armstrong
That would sort those walls of spectators out, especially the ones that want to get within a gnat's chuff of the cyclists on the hills.
A really wide bulldozer ... JUST narrow enough to get through ... Now spectate you irritating &*&(ers!
I may not be well.

The lists of banned substances is so extensive it would be interesting to find a person treated for cancer free from at least, a theorhetical cellular memory of drugs taken for treatment....
That my take on it

Re: RIP Lance Armstrong
He's damned if he does, damned if he doesn't.
I would like to believe that he's telling the truth and that he's just a talented sod who managed to pull it off without the drugs. THAT is entirely possible. Look at Bolt and other atheletes who are 'naturally' brilliant.

Who says Bolt is 'naturally' brilliant ?
There are actually quite a few accusations floating round - and the reality is that with any winning athlete, in most of the major sports, you really can't be sure and should probably assume they have taken drugs.

Re: RIP Lance Armstrong
Accusations are really nothing without a proven drug test.
Same as Lance's case.
Have a google for Usain when he's 13 and 15... video is out there. He's ALWAYS been a good sprinter. Just because an American says he's a drugs cheat - no sour grapes there right - doesn't mean he is one.

Drugs tests are just one way of gathering evidence, used for checking on some forms of advantage that are against the rules, Can they test for the illegal blood transfusions that he is accused of? There are lots of witnesses that say they saw him take drugs and transfusions. They are evidence too.

Re: RIP Lance Armstrong
So is he really admitting it or is it just 'subtle' advertising for her programme that no one watches any more?

If anyone liked him before this interview, I don't see how they could like him now. What a dope. He's going to get sued to death.
