re house prices
we have got to sell our house then we can make the dream a reality. How is the housing market around Brisbane, are prices still increasing? how do we get info on taxes, rates etc

With over 800 people moving into SEQLD each week...
Rates are based on land size, and type, and inc. amenities, such as town water etc.

Yes prices are going up in and aroudn Brisbane.
My rates cost me approx $1800 a year in Albany Creek with town water and sewerage on an average suburban block and about $1600 a year on acreage with town water but no sewerage.
